The core backing track for this was actually completed back in 2016, and it had just been sitting around for a while because I didn't quite know what to do with it. I recorded a version of the bass guitar and trombone parts in 2019, which was released on my E.P. "Jazz in the Key of Aitch", but over time I became dissatisfied with that; hence, in the Summer of 2023 I re-recorded the bass guitar part and the trombone part, remixed the backing track and removed a section that wasn't really working; the result of which is this, which is a track that I'm now totally satisfied with. The previous version is still out there for posterity (alongside a slightly lesser version of "Scurry Sandwich".)
